Eligibility and Account

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your business to these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account.

Use of the Service

MySocialPost provides an AI-powered social media management platform that generates and publishes content to your connected social accounts. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with each platform's terms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and applicable laws. You retain ownership of your content and grant us a limited license to operate the service.

Subscription and Payment

Fees are as stated on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. We may offer a free trial; standard billing applies after the trial ends. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, resell or sublicense the service without permission, or use it to post illegal, misleading, or infringing content. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
